We are here to
empower growth—personal, professional, & organizational.

We are a team of master's-level dietitians committed to delivering evidence-based nutrition education. We prioritize accuracy, compassion, and personalization—because we believe nutrition is NOT one-size-fits-all.

Our approach is rooted in the understanding that every individual and organization has unique needs. Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, striving to improve your relationship with food, enhancing a university nutrition program, advancing your professional skills as a dietitian, or fostering a healthier workplace, we tailor our guidance to support your goals.

Flavia’s Philosophy:

I practice from a non-diet, Health at Every Size® (HAES®) approach, believing that every person—regardless of body size, shape, or background—deserves respectful, individualized care. As a dietitian specializing in eating disorders and sports nutrition, my goal is to help clients build a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.

My style is both didactic and relatable. I believe in educating clients so they can better understand how their bodies work and what food truly does for them—beyond calories and rules. Nutrition shouldn’t feel confusing or overwhelming; it should feel empowering.

I meet each client exactly where they are, creating a calm, centered space where they feel heard and supported. Whether you're in recovery from disordered eating, struggling with body image, or navigating sports nutrition in a way that honors both performance and well-being, my role is to walk alongside you.

Above all, I offer hope—hope for recovery, for a stronger and healthier body, and for freedom from the cycle of dieting and deprivation.

Meghan’s Philosophy:

Meghan is a Registered Dietitian specializing in Sports Nutrition, Eating Disorders, and Non-Diet Health Management, offering balanced nutrition counseling that supports both body and mind. She is committed to helping clients rediscover their inner strength and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom to reclaim their strongest, healthiest, and happiest selves.

Meghan’s approach is deeply rooted in the principles of Mindful and Intuitive Eating, along with the science of working in harmony with the body’s natural physiology and inherent wisdom. As a weight-inclusive and Health at Every Size® (HAES®) aligned provider, she prioritizes body autonomy and client-centered care, guided by the research affirming that physical health and performance are not inherently linked to body size. Her philosophy is centered on helping clients attune to and work with their body—not work against it. Through a holistic lens, she dismantles nutrition misinformation, translates current science into practical strategies, and gently unpacks fears and limiting beliefs to support clients in rebuilding trust in their bodies and confidence in nourishing themselves.
